 is a HUD-approved program designed to prepare individuals and families for
  successful\, sustainable homeownership. This comprehensive course covers 
 the full homebuying process\, including budgeting and credit\, mortgage fi
 nancing\, working with real estate professionals\, the home search and pur
 chase process\, inspections\, closing\, and long-term responsibilities of 
 homeownership.\n\nParticipants will gain practical tools and knowledge to 
 make informed decisions\, avoid common pitfalls\, and feel confident navig
 ating the path to buying a home. The course is facilitated by HUD-certifie
 d housing counselors who are available to answer questions and provide gui
 dance throughout the session.\n\nThere is a $50.00 Registration fee for th
 is course which can be applied towards a single credit report if receiving
  PCCLT's Housing Counseling services.\n\nAttendees who attend BOTH virtual
  sessions (09/08 & 09/10 from 5:30pm-8:00pm) will receive their Certificat
 e of Completion at the end of the class. This certificate satisfies the HU
 D homebuyer education requirement and is accepted by many lenders and down
  payment assistance programs. \n\nThis workshop will be hosted via Microso
 ft Teams\; unique link and meeting ID will be sent to all registered parti
 cipants on 09/07. Please use the same link to attend both sessions. \n
