Active Home Repair Programs to apply to in the area:

Up to $25,000 of qualified home repairs for low-income households.

Home repairs, accessibility modifications, and toilet replacements for low-income homeowners.

Sliding scale non-emergency repairs for low-income households. Special programs for veterans.

Volunteer-run space to repair broken household items.

3-10 year, fixed rate 1-5% loans up to $25,000 for home repairs with no credit, income, or home equity requirements.

1-2 year, 0% interest loan of $2,000 for qualifying home repairs
Repair & Rehab Guidance
We no longer provide direct repair or rehabilitation grants. Instead, our Housing Counseling team helps homeowners find and apply for the right repair assistance program for their situation — whether that's the City of Tucson's Homeowner Repair Program, Habitat for Humanity, or another local resource listed above.
