Homeowner's Insurance Requirements
As a homeowner, you must insure your home against all loss at full replacement value. You also must maintain liability insurance of $300,000 on the home and leased land with the CLT named as additionally insured.
To ensure you are in compliance with insurance requirements per the Ground Lease, provide your insurer with the document below.
Proof of insurance must be sent to the CLT annually.

Como propietario, debe asegurar su vivienda contra cualquier pérdida por el valor total de reposición. También debe mantener un seguro de responsabilidad civil de 300.000 dólares para la vivienda y el terreno arrendado, en el que CLT figure como asegurado adicional.
Para asegurarse de que cumple los requisitos de seguro establecidos en el contrato de arrendamiento de terrenos, proporcione a su aseguradora el documento que se indica a continuación.
El comprobante del seguro debe enviarse anualmente al CLT.
