Take the first step toward owning your home! Pima County Community Land Trust offers a HUD-approved Homebuyer Education course designed to guide you through every stage of the homebuying journey. Learn how to budget, improve your credit, understand mortgages, and maintain your home for years to come. Our goal is to give you the tools and confidence to achieve successful, sustainable homeownership. *Participants must attend both Week 1 and Week 2 sessions as well as Housing Counseling to receive full credit for the Homebuyer Education course. If you already completed week 1, you will automatically be enrolled into week 2.
